ExtJS and use within the company

Hello Habr, the question arose, to write a bike or not.

Within the company, the company was required to create a database similar in appearance to a large Excel spreadsheet. Can I use this library (the license allows non-commercial use, but there is not even know) officially?

Solution
In that case, if You make this "base" with the GPL. GPL v3 allows you to limit the spread of the product.
That is sure to send out opencores? - kiara.Leuschke commented on October 3rd 19 at 04:21
Be sure to use that license. respectively, to provide sources to everyone who uses it. But not necessarily to give the opportunity to use the left, according to them the source and not rely. - Lilla99 commented on October 3rd 19 at 04:24
