Problems with LeapMotion. Double payment

Want to share a bad situation that I encountered.

A year ago pre-ordered LeapMotion controller. In July of this year I withdrew the money and sent the controller.

25.07.2013 MODUSLINK BV, NL 77.08 EURO

Interestingly, immediately turned to find out what this Moduslink like this... With the help of the Bank decided to issue.
The controller got through the week. Like all good? NO!

This morning I receive an SMS from the Internet Bank
08.08.2013 MLNK FOR LEAP MOTION, NL 67.71 EURO

Other amount another company (although also, like Moduslink). Emails to support went unanswered. Calls — answering machine.
I called the Bank and blocked the payment.

I'm not alone.

UPD. Today managed to get through to support. Then received a letter from a particular person in LeapMotion. The problem is solved. The money was returned. Explained the "technological glitch in the system"
