Hetzner dns and how to make the dns server on hetzner eq4 one?

Good day!
I know that this question has already been discussed, but I don't have enough information in those articles.
I have a server at hetzner, eq4 which. Want to add a full-fledged dns server. But as you know, dns servers must reside in different subnets and there should be two ( as required by the fundamental domain registrars, when you point your ns-servers).
There is a problem — how to make the dns server on the same server with hetzner?
Thank you!

now almost no one needs 2 different DNS for the domain, so you can do one address, but if it is 2, then the robot there is a line "Ordering of additional IP, failover IP or subnet", where you can order 1 or more principle that gains

Here is a list of some free Slave DNS www.frankb.us/dns/
At setting up wizard, a free server make a slave for your zone — have for DNS servers.
By the way hetzner provides their DNS servers to clients for a nominal fee (0.5 Euro per domain one time it seems). - Layne.Fay commented on October 8th 19 at 00:16

Bind as configured by default responds to all addresses. So, for example.
So just to get the IP from the second subnet — I need to buy a separate subnet (from 21 euros per month).
So you correctly suggest — the road to you pdd.yandex.ru or any dns hosting service with API.

from Hetzner have a 'Name server Robot'. It is free for those who have already rented a dedicated server.

For 0.50 Euro you receive an annual service of your domain zone on three dns servers. Management style is very convenient — you receive a text to access the configuration file of your zone. Inside, it is likely that this is not so, but for us users it's just a huge text box. Super helpful!

And if you need maximum reliability, the Amazon AWS Route 53 is $0.50 per month + modest fees for requests to your area.
