There is an archive. If you open it in the viewer 7zip/winrar, click "Extract" and specify a path, the files will be extracted directly into the specified folder.
If the same viewer to open the archive, next to open Explorer window with folder and drag the files of the viewer 7zip/winrar to this folder, the unpacking will happen in a temporary directory, and then from there copied to the target folder.

In 7zip in winrar you can set the use or non-use of the ramp.

This behavior of drag-and-drop, say, is determined by the host program, that is, the Conductor in this case. However, it does have one plus: if you unpack to the folder where you have no rights, then the program just stops with the error message, and the Explorer will prompt you to elevate privileges through UAC.
There is another quick way to unpack on the spot: using the Explorer context menu if you enabled the corresponding option in setup or in the settings of the archiver. Also running immediately.
