How to teach a regular expression to preg_match_all was looking for rows where there is no subpattern?

For example, there is a regular expression

"^.*
that looks for all rows with links.

How to make an expression to preg_match_all gave all the rows where there are no links?

UPD the Problem is that I can't use in regular expressions, the script is obfuscated. Implement your logic will not work.

Miraage, I'm not sure, as don't see the logic, but it is looking for rows in the file. It is quite possible that it picks the file and checks each line of preg_match.

/ Everybody stand back /
i know regular expressions

Regular season:
/^(?>(?!(\<a.*href)|\<\ a).)*$ umi< code><br> <br / > Example:<br> <a href="http://ideone.com/g5vDT">ideone.com/g5vDT</a><br> The source of the example:<br> <a href="http://pastebin.com/ZkWguPS2">pastebin.com/ZkWguPS2</a></a.*href)|\<\>
Not working:

This is all due to the fact that I gave an example with delimiter "/"
Try this I cleaned the regular season from separators: regexr.com?30k3d
She immediately grabbed the top spot. - Stephen79 commented on October 8th 19 at 00:32
Sorry. Take it back. The link is sufficient to tick the box global. - Tyshawn11 commented on October 8th 19 at 00:35
It works! Thank you! - lela.Luettg commented on October 8th 19 at 00:38

Something tells me that there needs to XPath :)
does not work, you need to make it a regular expression - Tyshawn11 commented on October 8th 19 at 00:31

In my opinion only possible "truncated variants".
Without the letter a: ^[^a]+$
Without brackets: ^[^<]+$
Or provide the code in a normal form, it's real. - Tyshawn11 commented on October 8th 19 at 00:33
Unfortunately, I have no code in the program only have the option "regular expression to search for" - Stephen79 commented on October 8th 19 at 00:36
