Possible legal withdrawal from oDesk (or similar), the foreign exchange FE account?
All of the transferred amount must be supported by statements of work completion, and contract (perhaps a contract for the long term?), but the acts in each enumeration needs to be separate. Is it possible in any way to organize the drafting of such acts and contracts without the customer?
Second question, same thing but with the participation of the customer. Agreement and the certificates shall be signed directly with the customer but work is done through oDesk. The contract should specify details of Bank account of the payer (as the details of the beneficiary account), but money transfers (wire transfer) itself is oDesk, oDesk account in the contract it's not going to write about?

People, why so difficult?
Isn't it easier to use a card an offshore Bank account?

Himself interested in the matter, but has not yet reached the Bank.
Wrote in a support Odeska, they offered to print out statistics of the wallet, as acts. Deferred correspondence with them before going to the Bank.
Regarding the second part: the contract must include the account from which the money comes. This is cluchae requirement, as far as I know.
The idea can serve as a public offered, and as it can be user agreement, as I understand it. But all this need in the Bank to clarify. So I join the first part of the question.

Thanks, it turns out that the second option impossible, the contract is directly with the customer, but the amount will come from the account of oDesk. If perhaps you can specify in the contract the expense of oDesk as a customer, but I don't think the customer will go for it.
It turns out two possible options?:
To go through a contract and acts by oDesk (user agreement + referred to statistics from wallet). But I have not yet heard that this scheme has been implemented (this does not exclude the possibility of the scheme). Please share later your experience.
— To conclude the contract with the customer, and receive transfers right from him. But like oDesk here is not quite to be.

Odesk all signs. They even have bilingual contract form. Write ticket in support, say that you are from Russia.
