Alternative format layered vector-raster images (similar to PSD)?

Decided to switch to an easy alternative to photoshop — GIMP, as for the layout did not need much to cut, take a color value to copy the text... But to my disappointment, he opened the file that you want to mark up with numerous errors. All layers simply went.

I tried to use "PSD/PSB Converter to Gimp XCF layered format," but he's just as messed up.

The question is whether eating a format that would be correctly processed in photoshop and GIMP? If not, how to force the liberal leader to properly handle PSD, or how to make photoshop save PSD in GIMP to clear the form?

There are anecdotal reports that Paint.NET has plugins convert its proprietary PDN format and XCF and PSD.
It's funny, but the plugin you're talking about, opened the file exactly the same as the liberal leader. - Lewis51 commented on October 8th 19 at 00:42

There is a tiff, but it is in fact a raster with support for layers.
Alternatively, try in photoshop to save the psd format in earlier versions, maybe with GIMP it will work better
I have Photoshop saves TIFF in only one layer. And PSD save with "maximum compatibility". - Lewis51 commented on October 8th 19 at 00:44
When saving to tiff has to be checked "Layers", then the layers normally remain. - Lewis51 commented on October 8th 19 at 00:47
This box I is inactive, and there is a red triangle with an exclamation point. Apparently, photoshop something. - Amani_Greenho commented on October 8th 19 at 00:50
