HP 630+ terrible lag with stuttering sound when you open the tab/go to another page/random

I have some black week. With character encoding in IE the trouble is, the API does not work, partners from Washington down. Now the trouble with beech.

In General for a couple of days he stutters the sound. Not sound business, but the normal lag is harder to notice, and there is clearly.
Something like 'tab is loaded zzzzzz tab is opened' (the music plays through flash Planin). Sonic artifacts clearly associated with the General brake system for a brief moment(second or two).
Cleaned like a couple of weeks ago cooler(I have a shedding cat and then, though but a bunch of wool), so I guess due to overheating.

Can anyone advise how to diagnose the problem? And you do not want a month in service to pass. The bread still make them.

PS: the Exact configuration: www.notebook812.ru/HP-630-A1D73EA.htm. Bought in December.

It's probably not very good.

The charging case is not changed? I have Elitebook 6930 was. On the Avtonom no lag, as soon as podkluchil exercises — nachinayetsya.
No, all factory. Laptop Yes, charging is almost always, but it seems not charging and bypasses the accumulator. Performance to the max in PCs from hp exhibited — what I save when it is in charging. - Easton_Kessl commented on October 8th 19 at 00:48
It is not in the performance, and that with the charging something bad happened, and the laptop started to lag. Inside did not climb, stupidly changed the memory, the lag disappeared. Of course, this is not a panacea, but rather a rare case. But it is worth checking to see if it did he? :) - Alanis.Corke commented on October 8th 19 at 00:51

In my situation it is, of course, not about the laptop, but still:
A few months ago I decided to add a few memory modules. Frequency on a default stood crooked, observed the same symptoms: the audio lags even when scrolling through the page in the browser, body under load.
The diagnosis in my case — curve working memory at a given frequency at a given voltage.
