Magento+SOAP periodically collapses and refuses to work

Hi, Habr.
There is one and the same version of Magento in three different stores. Is the same script that accesses Magento via SOAP. Not somewhere, he is on the same host. And one of those shops I occasionally see the death of SOAP.
Today is the fifth hour, I see the exception 'Could not connect to host'. The host is correct, yesterday everything worked, the web user is correct.
The worst thing is that tomorrow it is likely to again start. Spontaneously.
Found a similar theme — www.magentocommerce.com/boards/viewthread/222170/#t306790 but there was not answer.

Where to dig please? Can anyone come across? Shared hosting, Magento 1.5.0.1, php 5.2.17.

Shared Hosting — hoster maybe something locit periodically. In General, Magento is certainly not for shared hosting platform. At least VPS.
I would say that the NES would have pulled the number of visitors to this store. VPS is good, but to be economically impractical. - Easton_Kessl commented on October 8th 19 at 00:51

Had a similar problem on one site. The problem was that some good people added debugging output index.php because of this natural SOAP have stopped working with similar error.

Comment out the line in index.php setDeveloperMode(true) and the error output if display_errors to 0 will help, so where is the fall, ideally search and edit, to correctly initialize the variables and so on.
