Task killer, the final tasks when running on battery (windows)?

Looking for a task killer, the final tasks during the transition to battery operation. Ie would be desirable that the program automatically completed the pre-marked background processes and not stop the service when switching to battery operation; preferably, but not necessarily that when powered, these processes are re-started. Used system: windows 7
