Watermark for the user

The task is to apply a customized watermark to a user when downloading content (samename why).
There are nuances:
— apply as quickly as possible on video file (say 5 seconds starting from the N-th)
not reconverting video is processed (an important factor for time while putting the video file and used resources to reconvert)
From I read of the manuals should be that ffmpeg and mplayer do not know how.

There are more options quick overlay vatermarki the video file at the moment of impact?

www.linuxjournal.com/video/add-watermark-video-ffmpeg — here is shown how to apply a watermark
there are still options-ss and-t. they indicate the beginning and end of the fragment:
-ss 00:00:07 -t 01:00:12 — 7 ° at the 12 second
try
We is not worked, probably because the build of ffmpeg.
However during testing I realized that ffmpeg is no longer quite as a matter of fact in imposing vatermarki a new file is created, and if you use a CDN for content serving (which is true in my case), then this implementation is not suitable - alysson48 commented on October 8th 19 at 00:57
