Diagram SMPS 3kW 310B?

Hi all.


Please tell me a reliable and thought-out diagram of the power supply up to 3kW/310B, preferably transformerless. Input normal AC 220V 50Hz. As the planned load inverter and induction furnace.

Understand that a serious problem. =) In the Internet a lot of schemes are different, choose the really can not.


— Galvanic isolation optocouplers.

— At the input high frequency filter to prevent ingress noise into the network.

— Stabilization of the output voltage.

— Corrector of power factor

— Microprocessor control

— Adjustment of output voltage from 0 to 310B.

— Control electronics on a separate power source

How do you imagine ARIA to 3kW transformerless?
Adjustment of output voltage from 310 to 0V? You will not find such a scheme, the more proven and reliable first the task is very difficult, and secondly is absolutely not typical.

So it's done easily, hot to 3 kW, at least 30 kW :)
310 In is the value of the rectified and smoothed capacitor conventional single-phase voltage 220V.
Ie that would get such UI, you only need 5 simple items.
4 diodes, assembling the rectifier bridge, and 1N electrolytic capacitor on its output to smooth out the pulses.
The capacitor you'll need the voltage of 400V, and the capacitance of approximately 200 microfarads. Few can simultaneously collect. Series with the capacitor suggest to solder a resistor at 2 watts resistance 100...470 ohms, that would have discharged it after disconnecting the network. It's safer.
The diodes take the voltage of at least 1000 V and a current of about 20A.
Moreover, there are ready-made bridges for 1000 V and a current of 20.. 30 Amps for example.
Nothing more is needed.
