Much reduced Home screen in Android?

Welcome colleagues! I have greatly simplified version of the desktop, Android (home screen):

— it is necessary to remove the notification bar (the one on the top with icons, the clock, etc.), that it was not visible and she has not been nominated

— it is necessary to prohibit drag and drop, add, change, all icons on the desktop by the user.

How is it done? This system has to climb or some tricky settings the program needs to be?

ADWLauncher EX is able to hide the notification bar and lock Desk to change icons and desktop widgets. Put from the market and after it is set as the default launcher on the first press of the Home button.
Thank you. The closest thing like that is necessary, but unfortunately even if you hide the top toolbar notifications from the top of the screen to pull the menu settings (wifi, bt, etc.) and notifications. - Savanah_Hyatt commented on October 8th 19 at 01:00

Similarly, Go Launcher is able to remove excess weight and block changes.
looked at a few settings compared to "ADWLauncher EX" some things are impossible to block. - Savanah_Hyatt commented on October 8th 19 at 01:02

Apex Launcher can do it all and not different from the standard launcher, but it seems only for ICS.
hmm. I have not ICS ) - Savanah_Hyatt commented on October 8th 19 at 01:04

looked. Cool, but it's under the topic of children imprisoned. I feel closer to the launchers necessary. Thank you - Savanah_Hyatt commented on October 8th 19 at 01:06
