for i in `ls /path/*.py`; do python $i; done — wait for completion of the previous
for i in `ls /path/*.py`; do python $i & done — not to wait for the previous run

python /bla/pla2.py & python /bla/bla2.py & is not on the queue, and all. Take turns using && is necessary, or, as you said, using;
