Who gave access to the folder? (MS W2k8 R2 + SMB)

Good day!

Have a domain. There is a shared folder on a Windows server 2008 R2.
There are 4 administrator who distribute it to the right malaymuslim users.

Suddenly (suddenly) the folder is given the right user, on which the 2 administrator, and did not hear it.

Question. Is it possible to trace what rights were issued, to whom, by whom, what and why (in the sense of date-time)? :)

Solution
Suggest to read about Audit changes in access rights. In event viewer it will be seen, if you have set up an audit policy.
Closer to the body. Thank you. Politicians, the case is solved. - Mozell.Bradtke commented on October 8th 19 at 01:17

and logs event viewer to look not tried? there is supposed to be.
The first thing, but no entries found (maybe bad looking?). In what branch are you suggesting should be the information of this kind? - Mozell.Bradtke commented on October 8th 19 at 01:19
To use change audit active directory access rights and access folders on the network audit you first need to enable and configure. that has already happened — not, by default, is logged - Mozell.Bradtke commented on October 8th 19 at 01:22
