Ffserver and non-stop music?

Hi, Habr!

Again I have a strange question.

In General, I'm stream using ffserver of the way it was told here.

In principle, everything works, and with sound into the microphone and without sound and with music from a file.

But I needed to play several files instead of music (this video must be from the camera), it is advisable to play them in random order.

I tried to connect to the radio using this command:
ffmpeg -f video4linux2 -i /dev/video0 -f mp3 -i example.com:8000/stream.mp3 localhost/feed.ffm

But, alas, nothing comes out, he stupidly buffers in memory, but does not give. If you tell him a single mp3 file — works, but this is not the case, you need several.

Are there any tools for such "mixing" radio and video streaming from the camera?

Maybe it's worth to risk and try vlc?
vlc, in my opinion, too heavy. - orlo30 commented on October 8th 19 at 01:32
