Apparently you need to look at the input parameters, but to find those criteria that you set, almost unreal, where did not specified features. The parameters are as follows: "direct input voltage" "maximum input voltage" and "maximum voltage". Well how can that be?

What is OGRE? You need to repeat the waveform or just the commute? If the current is not important, it is enough for a simple relay. The optocoupler that current will not pull, it is possible to put a field-effect transistor or thyristor.
The opto-isolator. The waveform is unimportant because the signals are discrete. Current unimportant only at the entrance, on the way out important — 7 A.
