SATA/SAS controller under Open Indiana/Solaris?

1. 4/8 ports.

2. Support 2Tb+ drives.

3. RAID functionality is not important. Be sure that the system disks were presented separately.

In General, would be Intel SASUC8i (about him you know that he is operating under diesel fuel), but there is a maximum of 2Tb disks.

Write good reviews about IBM ServeRAID M1015, but it is absolutely not clear where to take in SPb/MSK.

Happy to hear your advice.

IBM ServeRAID M1015 Is a twin brother SAS9240 LSI-8i. So you can take lsi.
Driver for Solaris 10 he has.
Thank you, master-I didn't think to look.

The truth on foreign forums write that on ebay M1015 can be lower than$ 100 to take. And we have$ 300 for the LSI. - August.McClure commented on October 8th 19 at 01:40
