Development environment C++?

Advise please free and up to date C++ IDE which runs under Windows.

There is visual studio stripped down. Well, all sorts of Code::Blocks, DevC++.

As already said above there is a free version from MS: MS Visual Studio Express

But in my opinion all studios have too overloaded interface personally I prefer light QtCreator. Of the benefits — less distracting buttons, only the code and a couple of hotkeys — F2 — go to the description of the functions, F4 — switch between header and CPP file.
