Plug-in for jQuery (tooltip)?

Need a plugin that will display a floating unit with reference to the cursor when you hover over the element.

Requirements:

1. Binding to elements in the selector.

2. Custom delay the appearance.

3. Accounting for the window borders (the unit should adjust its position and not to climb over the edge).

4. Call the callback function when you are prompted to retrieve the contents of the block.

5. The possibility of repainting a visible unit (with adjustment to take account of new dimensions).

It is desirable that the following were absent:

1. Standard design with ruffles

2. Standard elements (e.g., header info)

3. Uninterruptible animation

Thank you. Just and I use them for several years, but wanted to find something better. - Tyshawn11 commented on October 8th 19 at 02:03
For example, it calls the callback when the mouse cursor is, and not directly before displaying tooltips. When outputting simple tips from title always displays the header h3. When the content is updated is not possible to "refresh" the tooltip (for it to change its position depending on the dimensions). - Tyshawn11 commented on October 8th 19 at 02:06

Not found the reference to the cursor. - Tyshawn11 commented on October 8th 19 at 02:05

Look at the Tooltips in Bootstrap twitter.github.com/bootstrap/javascript.html#tooltips (though you will need not only Jquery, but the Bootstrap connection).
