Blocked AdWords. Option exposure? If there's representatives?
Has your AdWords account registered to the company. The card also was used from a corporate account. The account worked for about 5 hours after registration, then hung for 5 days in test status. At the end of the sent verdict that the account is locked and unlocking is not subject.
During the inspection sent a letter with offer to send the necessary documents to confirm. In response, thanked him and said if you need anything to contact me. Then get a letter that the account is blocked "finally and irrevocably", and the most interesting that for security reasons no further details to provide they may not. That is for my own safety to hide what's the problem with my account.
From Saporta of call center managed to pull it appears that they did not like my billing information, but once the account is locked it can not do anything. In the mail are the answers formulaic phrases, a feeling that there already sits the staff, and the google skynet.
What are the options to obtain from Google the truth? Register a new account on other data not yet considered, I want to walk this quest to the end.
PS Faced with Microsoft adCenter was pleasantly surprised by the attitude towards customers, we can say the absolute opposite. That only is live chat with real employees instead of waiting days formulaic answer.
Only here the traffic system is not a competitor to Google.
Tried to butt with AdWords is nothing but utterances, nothing at all. Any arguments and questions about the break up is another template with a link to the rules that have been studied along and across. After some time tired. Did not even withdraw money from there, figuring time and profit. Let them choke.
Very unpleasantly surprised by the dissonance of their services and their support.

Was once the situation has locked the account, wrote to them that they are wrong. Got a boilerplate response. Written in response all the same, as in the first letter. Got a boilerplate response. Again, all the repeated, boilerplate answer... And so several times.
The result — another template, but with the desired result:
"As You know, Google is very serious about violations of AdWords policy. Your account has been blocked when the system has documented one or more violations.
However, I have good news for You: after a thorough check of the AdWords experts have determined that Your account xxx-xxx-xxxx does not violate our rules, and his work was restored.
Thank You for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience."
