Win 7 black theme with white text?

Having tried Windows Phone 7, I really liked his basic theme of "black background, white text" an example can be seen here, I wanted to try the same on the desktop. But here came the problem — all the found themes were made crooked, and many of the apps were given a trick in the spirit of "the background color is taken from the theme to black and the text color of your subject, also black," the problem with readability was constant, in addition, lights in a variety of IDE became places to blend into the background.

My question — does anyone properly use black themes, please share your experience.

Tried about 10 different dark themes from deviantart, but this was the most beautiful and comfortable. A couple of drawbacks — the default font is unusual, the default background in MSOffice/VisualStudio darkish, but it changes stredstv Windows. Minimize button/closing window is not very noticeable, but over time you get used to click them without looking.
