Better safe than sorry. Why not check smartctl, badblock, mem. You can also drive some kind of benchmark in hard mode loading (allow to identify faulty CPU fan for example). Spend one day, but know that the server got your hands in good condition. Monitoring, including logs smartools will allow you to quickly react even to potential problems, and backups can save the situation in emergency cases (for example, if the hard drive dies so that it will not be defined in BIOS). And as already correctly noted, these simple recommendations apply to all servers, not only in Hetzner and do not even need to remote.

Servers to take SB (with a 6 GBps hard) — there are fewer problems.

Check the SMART of screws certainly won't hurt, but generally speaking it is necessary to constantly monitor anyway, which would not have been the server.

Nothing to do especially, any problem is easily solved two standard things that are done for all servers backups + monitoring. Everything else is from the evil one.
