>is there some solution, so that it is itself synchronized?
Is. Configure your server to synchronize time with NTP servers on the Internet. After that, configure clients so they "take" time from your server.

The working group? Domain? Check may be the password of the account has expired?
Working group. Check it out. But does not fit even the admin password. - Lester.Upton commented on October 8th 19 at 02:21
Checked — the password is not limited in time. - Lester.Upton commented on October 8th 19 at 02:24

It is necessary in the local policy to change the authentication setting of the LAN Manager
Here is a reg file that I use:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa]
"LmCompatibilityLevel"=dword:00000001
Although I have all clients such garbage: and lan, and wifi. After some Sumerechnyj updates happens...
Will remember for future, though it turned out that the problem lies elsewhere. Thank you! - Lester.Upton commented on October 8th 19 at 02:23
Me about time too :) - Lester.Upton commented on October 8th 19 at 02:26
