As my photos prove that I'm me if the profile is EMPTY (I gave it a go and forgot) and now need to start a new and a phone number tied to the old way. You can certainly buy a SIM card and no steam, but a matter of principle — WHY would THEY PHOTO ON the BACKGROUND SCREEN :)))
