Need help choosing router

Need WiFi router for the home. Channel 100 Mbps and I would like to even with WiFi connected devices it would be possible to use the maximum (the laptop is able to 802.11 a/b/g/n). I would also like to know how to work as NAS, download to the connected external hard drive, torrents, etc.
Thanks in advance.

At home I have Linksys wrt610n, suggest to consider as an option, the car is very strong, especially in conjunction with firmware dd-wrt, which is stitched through the web without the tambourine. As NAS to work on this firmware definitely does, and lots of other Goodies, like DDNS. I know it is expensive, but for almost 2 years of work, he was pleased.

On a budget?
If you do not want to bother with the firmware and configuration — ASUS RT-N56U. Nimble enough iron and can do a lot out of the box.

If you are not afraid to flash the router and configure it from the console, NetGear WNDR-3800. He's smarter than the ASUS but firmware from the manufacturer very modestly.

Zyxel Keenetic Giga works without hesitation.

Here a little "IMHO"...

Personally, I think that the router must be a routerand not combine with a toaster and a mixer (as practice shows and statistics, such hybrids raccoons with rhinos work or unstable or resource intensive).

Well, at the moment two suggestions:

1. If you want to visually explore network protocols, traffic flow, mpls, ospf, bgp, vpls, to play with all kinds of vpn, to build an extensive network, to dig almost all the settings of Wi-Fi chip (the parameters of which are, usually, in 99% of SOHO routers can be counted on the fingers), and with all this gyobutei not to spend money on relatively expensive cisco, then I highly recommend MikroTik RB751G because of its low cost, high performance and a huge number of options available only to cats...

2. If you just want to "stick and everything worked", then I agree with the previous speaker — the most efficient router for the lazyThis is Zuhel Kinetik
