script on python3 with the web interface

Habra, throw ideas how to build python script to exe, so that he himself raised the web server and were accessible via the browser?

The bottom line is this:
there is a script, which is currently connected to Apache via cgi
has an advanced web interface, which is all drawn through the same cgi
the script itself works normal process in the background, the interface needed only to edit the config and sqlite database

there are two ways to bind to GUI. Easy, but will require a lot of time to script a few.
And to modify the GUI in the future for me is more tedious task than the web interface.

either to collect the script .exe, so much so that when you start up the daemon with the web interface
it should be noted that scripts may be 2-3-5 and each must be accessible through a browser (well, there can be random ports take)

comment on this perverted, not have you met something similar?

Run in background thread any flask or cherrypy; prescription of ranting on issue/receive settings to whatever classes via REST + web interface to it. Something like that.
