Nothing will help. Because the only reason not to implement is that now everything works, but if CeTO change, it is necessary to suspend the work, and God forbid cheto goes wrong, and it is very likely, especially given that the project is free. Further, even if everything goes smoothly, it needs a new expertise to work with it further — what if you bent and missing support is that, back then go?
You physically just can't compensate for every possible problem and hence the losses incurred by the company during the transition to your product.
The best solution would be a partial transfer — for example a sort of experiment with your product. And if productivity it will be higher than those departments that did not make it, and the rewards do not need any, and if it is below — so this is a hint that something needs to change.
I written, but it is clear that this is not only FOR working. The first precept of the administrator: works — do not touch. It is also a basic criterion of business :) - luciano.Schmi commented on October 8th 19 at 02:53
