How from the point of view of SEO to make the filters in the catalog?

Good afternoon.

I have a question. There is an online store... I did it filters.

Filters work via GET request so that you can provide links to specific filters applied... such as: Metal men's Venetian mask Yandex ran these filters in different combinations found 30K pages where before there were 2 dozen... as far as I know it's bad for SEO, for pages with nearly identical content. How to make?

Now limited by the fact that if filters have been applied the list of goods surrounds the noindex tag is it right? or what would be better?

Solution
Use <link rel="canonical" href="http://sample.tld/real/path/page.ext"> in the header of the page. Read more: support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=ru&answer=139394

Is it so right? Because canonical created to provide a link to the same page, but is available at a different url, and not a completely different page with filters. I believe the filters need to be closed in robots.txt and/or adding to pages /> on the page, if a filter is used. - ewald.Konopels commented on October 8th 19 at 03:05

And sorry, I read, understand. Didn't know that, too. I know. - ewald.Konopels commented on October 8th 19 at 03:11
Only one question has arisen, and if a few pages. That is, the category is paginated. And for example if you sort by one field on the first page of some goods, and on the other, other goods, other pages also work with different products. All the pages are different. And what to refer to canonical on page 1 for the first sorting, and on page 2 of the second sort, the 2 page of the first sort? - ewald.Konopels commented on October 8th 19 at 03:14
Apparently the page with default sorting. - davonte commented on October 8th 19 at 03:17
If you use the 'canonical' when multi-page navigation will have to register it on each page. I think it is better to close the GET parameters through filter robots.txt - francis_Lo commented on October 8th 19 at 03:20
