Password on BIOS-Tower Ion

There are nettop Ion Tower that has Windows 7.
It was given to me and asked me to put Ubuntu.
The fact that the BIOS is password protected and it does not enter, the owner says that no passwords are set.

Tried of vindoza to start Ubuntu (it should register in the loader) but it falls off with an error about cd_path think.
Tried some programs to reset the password to the BIOS do not work (tried under admin and in compatibility mode).

Took it apart, but the batteries were not found) and not the fact that it would help.

Prompt how to be? The password to the BIOS not the main focus, the main access to install Ubuntu.

Solution
What if pressing F8 or F12 during boot the BIOS (I mean POST)? On some BIOSes it will cause the window for selecting the boot media.
In General, it should be used to specify the BIOS-then at least — AWARD, AMI, etc.
In I am a fool! :) thank you! At F11 gave me a boot menu, and I buttnose with flash) - drake_Volkm commented on October 8th 19 at 02:58
