Client for Google Images?

Background: in order to use search by images, you need the first picture to come from somewhere :) I participate in autoquest (EN, DozoR) and there are jobs in the form of pictures that you want to throw in a Google or TinEye. Usually done a screenshot and it is cut to the desired picture, which is fed where necessary.
Question: is it Possible to somehow automate removal of a screenshot, crop a certain (selected) area of the screen and upload to Google Images? Now for the first two tasks use FastStone Capture — but for a long time. While the cut will continue...

Once You are at the wrong end the task. I don't know what your browser, but, for example, firefox'there is a addon from tineye.
