Symfony 1.4/Propel — the problem with the links

Hello. Returned to elaborate on the Symphony after a long break and then faced a problem that couldn't decide and nothing googled.
So there's a Datasheet:
#some periodic event, for example, a music festival
event:
id: ~
name: {
type: LONGVARCHAR,
required: true
}

#information about the start date of the next festival in Moscow
event_offer:
id: ~
event_id: {
type: INTEGER
size: 11
primaryKey: true
required: true,
foreignTable: event,
foreignReference: id,
onDelete: RESTRICT,
onUpdate: RESTRICT
}
start: {
type: TIMESTAMP,
required: true
}

#information about the users who bought tickets for this festival
users_to_offer:
id: ~
user_id: {
type: INTEGER
size: 11
required: true,
foreignTable: sf_guard_user,
foreignReference: id,
onDelete: CASCADE,
onUpdate: RESTRICT
}
offer_id: {
type: INTEGER
size: 11
required: true,
foreignTable: event_offer
foreignReference: id,
onDelete: CASCADE,
onUpdate: RESTRICT
}
Here in this scheme I can generate base CRUD model users_to_offer. Can't figure out how to handle this situation.
It would be great if Habr I came across a solution to this problem, which so far is quite slow for my project. Thank you
