The user agreement on the website and the host country?

Tell me, please, say there is a website the server is physically located in German datacenter, but I (the server) rented through a Russian reseller. Domain in the zone .org. In the preparation of the user agreement on the website need only refer to the laws of Germany or Russia, too?

First, make sure that the reseller is really Russian, fastvps actually registered in Estonia.
And do not be lazy to read the offer contract.
PS Quote from the offer fastvps 7.3. Prohibited placement of information, ON contrary to the laws of the host country (Russia, Germany, Norway), laws on copyright and related rights as well as violating the generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.
Yes, fastvps. I just spent 20 minutes ago contacted them to support with the same question, they said in the offer usually refer to Russia and Germany and was advised to do the same ("better refer to the two countries") (about Estonia not a word is said, though I know he's Estonian).
But still the question still stands, want to read other opinions. - Tressa.Kautzer commented on October 8th 19 at 03:17
"better refer to both countries" — that to me is the relationship with the parties fastvps don't like, there is a belief that they don't know how the laws work in siccae what is extreme is the client.
PS suggest you carefully read their offer to "signing"... - elvera.Little commented on October 8th 19 at 03:20
