How to promote startups(service) for Western audiences?

Guys - the startups, tell me, how to promote service to the Western audience? The service itself is "fun auction", but I think I understand it better there than we do. The project napisan (me, I'm a programmer). But I don't know how to spin it, to show people (mostly young people). Zainterisuet or not...

Looking for anyone we would be able to do promotion at freelancah, but especially nobody was engaged in it.

Looking for Western firms, found. But I don't know to trust them. I want to hire a good specialist(commando) in this case.

To attract a stream of visitors the first try using contextual advertising, but before that, be sure to register the project in Western SOC.networks and add them(SOC.networks) buttons on the project page. Thus will be produced the first "stream" of users on the project, and logically "flow" at the expense of the social.networking will increase(proportionally reducing the cost of contextual advertising).

Book review of Western information resources(cnet, techcrunch, etc). Most often it is free, all you need to do is contact the editors (editors).

Thank you. Buttons, groups, social. the community is now doing. The benefit of this understand.
But with contextual advertising — is still undecided. From the context I understand Google?
About the review — very interesting, now read. - Gerhard.Willms commented on October 8th 19 at 03:18
Not necessarily only Google adwords and facebook can still be used, and still appeal to the owners of relevant blogs to write about you (for a fee I will not deny). - ursula_Miller commented on October 8th 19 at 03:21
