The computer when you start is an infinite loop

Starts and accelerates and slows down the fans — and so on indefinitely. Sounds like bzzz... bzzz... bzzz... bzzz...

It was empirically found that if you take vidyahu then start normally. But put the old vidyahu — the same thing.

Mother? What can I do?

Even Southbridge may be.
still check the power supply for PCI-E - Kathryn.Cass commented on October 8th 19 at 03:22
PS: Possible gathering of the BIOS.
Generally it would be interesting to see more detailed information on the motherboard and POST the codes - trenton_Bosco commented on October 8th 19 at 03:25

try:
1. to reset the BIOS
2. to verify graphics card (I brought a computer with exactly the same symptoms, the problem was in the swollen capacitors, rewired and all was well)
better not to reset, and flash a new on the programmer. Often also die themselves pendrive BIOS, had to solder. - Kathryn.Cass commented on October 8th 19 at 03:24

Possible percent died, was a friend of yours was constantly restartovat the computer and when you pull some just spin valves. It's like a "feature" of some motherboards that support overclocking, if percent would not start a few times, they are trying to reset the processor and then doing a restart and new, but apparently did not check whether changes in the BIOS, and hung up. It is desirable to find friends comp with the same socket so you can swap percent.
