Android Market, Ukraine, taxes

Question of such plan. How do the Android Market is the situation with taxes? They are paid automatically by Google or should take care of this developer?

Actually, the question is more complicated. Ukraine in the list of countries from which to sell apps, no. But I heard about the possibility of opening an account in one of, for example, Russian banks and use it. Then the question is repeated, but in a more complex context: as will be the situation with taxes, there is double taxation, etc.? I'm just in legal matters, unfortunately, is absolutely not strong...

Solution
Point by point:
1. You have to pay taxes if you are a physical person from 15% to 17%.
2. According to Ukrainian legislation, the opening of accounts abroad without special permission is prohibited.
3. In your proposed version will not just double taxation but the tax on repatriation.
Taxes will have to pay for it yourself, Google is not a tax agent. - afton_Bergnaum commented on October 8th 19 at 03:31
Thanks for the reply. Why then Google takes 30% profit? And, like specified, that it is paid in taxes. It turns out, they twice had to pay some they pay in the USA, others you have to pay in your country? - ludie_Erns commented on October 8th 19 at 03:34

This is a normal international practice, except when there is an agreement on the abolition of double taxation. In the case of Google in the US, he pays for the taxes, I'm not big and American taxes, so I can't say exactly what. You're in Ukraine are obliged to pay the tax to incomes of physical persons(NDFL).
Understood, thanks for answers. - afton_Bergnaum commented on October 8th 19 at 03:33
