Processors and kernels in KVM

Tell me, please: is server 2 CPU 8 cores (4 + 4 Hyper-Threading'oriented), on the Debian server and KVM. Created 2 VM with guest Windows Server 2008 R2 standard and when you create each guest set vcpus=8. When you check the vcpuinfo information is displayed for 8 processors on each in WinServer2008R2Std appears in task Manager only 4.
Before the guest stood Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise and want all 8.
Apparently this is a limitation of the standard edition of prohibiting the use of more than 4 processors, and the guest Windows just refers to a dedicated core as a separate processor, that is, it is 8 single-core.
Question: do I assume, and if so, is it possible to assign KVM 8 single-processor guest, and a 4 dual-core to Windows got 8 cores?
Thank you very much!

Thank you very much! Searched for and on the forum, but not got to that link. I will definitely try in the near future, sorry rushed, I'm afraid departs activation already launched and all 1S activated already, it unfortunately activation flew some reason the server is virtual, but none of the hardware configuration have not changed, even 1C it says. - Petra_Powlowski commented on October 8th 19 at 03:31

Yes that's right.
Standard supports 4 processors
And no chance to get KVM assigned 8 single-processor guest, and a 4 dual core? - Petra_Powlowski commented on October 8th 19 at 03:33
