What is the normal temperature for a discrete GPU laptop?

I have it somewhere around 60 degrees. Is this critical value?

Lenovo T61P, GPU: NVidia Quadro FX 570M.

P. S. Processor Intel Core 2 Duo (Merom) T7700 is heated to 50 degrees — this is normal?

The normal temperature of the video card in idle ~50 load ~65-75 degrees.
The temperature of the CPU is ~40-50.
under load higher in the laptop even increase the threshold of Crete. temperature due to bad (compared to desktops) cooling — degree to 100 in laptops is the norm. - Frederick5 commented on October 8th 19 at 03:38
100 degrees is not the norm, my CPU at 90-100% in the laptop went into thermal shutdown. Depending on the situation (in normal surface or blown knee or a blanket) normal temperature was from 45 to ~60, the tracker about problems with speedfan I was set to 70 degrees. - jacynthe_Sauer commented on October 8th 19 at 03:41
About a hundred degrees — it's not the norm. See the specs for CPU/GPU - Ericka.Kling commented on October 8th 19 at 03:44
Yes, that speck, please: www.nvidia.com/object/product_geforce_gtx_275_us.html
I have not found specifically on the 570m, but for desktop models gtx275 max. temperature is 105 degrees.
And, again: for the laptop this value is often raise by 10-15 gr. due to poor cooling. - Frederick5 commented on October 8th 19 at 03:47

nothing to worry about, but not cold, but not terrible.
