Skype voice interrupts the music. What could it be?

One parent of the child addressed the problem. Calling to Skype voice almost inaudible, and plays some crazy RAP. What could be wrong?
Just in case clarify that it is not she turned on the music. :)

Ironically helped create the new account (with new password). But immediately there was a process requesting access to Skype. To analyze all this time, no. Although interesting :) Maybe a bot via Skype no radio spins? Why?

Ie music on the computer at the moment is not exactly reproduced. What can an Internet radio station. But I think the song starts immediately upon connection. - Cristian93 commented on October 8th 19 at 04:03
Music hear both sides or just one? - buck97 commented on October 8th 19 at 04:06
I hear exactly. It is in my opinion too, but to be honest, I didn't specify. - Cristian93 commented on October 8th 19 at 04:09

So strange question, I don't even know what to advise.
They say that in the past when telephone conversations listened to KGB, it was possible to hear conversations of the KGB among themselves...
Tomorrow I will reinstall the stupid Skype, but I wonder what it is. - Cristian93 commented on October 8th 19 at 04:02
Slightly off topic, but I have a friend who lives in the village, and in 1/4 of cases when you call each other, we have heard more and other people, i.e. your call, and the other two interlocutors, and are able to communicate all four of us sort of randomly conferencing. - Cristian93 commented on October 8th 19 at 04:05
In fact, sometimes you can hear someone else's conversation due to the equipment (error MUX) or twisted pair (magnetic interference). Once read in the book of Tanenbaum, but forgot. If someone knows the exact reason please tell us :) - buck97 commented on October 8th 19 at 04:08

maybe just the sound card took some kind of radio station? I have the similar problem was — when you record something on the MIC, and regardless of the recording method, always in the background you could hear the music.
And yet, perhaps even the same station broadcasts round the clock from the intercom at the door to the entrance of my house. :) - Cristian93 commented on October 8th 19 at 04:06

My brother has the same problem sometimes when talking. Checked both computers (my brother and his companion) — have not found anything that could give this effect.
Though they have not played RAP, and some Euro-dance )
