Hello Gabriele!

A long time using ubuntu 10.10 brought joy, but with the onset of 11.04 those days are gone.

Okay. Pulled down the system, put a clean ubuntu 11.04. The problem is not gone. Again, when the system appeared only the Wallpaper. Booting into ubuntu classic mode, got to go to work. Connected to the Internet and decided snezni unity and put гном3:

The problem is not solved, because when downloading ubuntu 11.04 to Gnome3 mode the same problems.
Although I have been able to boot with unity, but after I pulled Packard I have all hung out, they say to move only the mouse. Alt + F2 is not working.

What could be the problem? It is unlikely that the iron, although just in case, my specs:

Solution
Firewood proprietary set?
audio and video from are the same. Is that the codecs for videos necessary. I don't think they can be a problem.

After all I have been able to boot from unity, but for obvious reasons, after turning off the Internet all hangs.

The truth is somewhere near... - karson86 commented on October 10th 19 at 07:10

here bizikov.ru/Xorg.0.log :) - karson86 commented on October 10th 19 at 07:31
Yeah, the drivers that you have on video is not worth it, and they say that are.
apt-get install fglrx fglrx-amdcccle fglrx-dev

And learn at least the basics of working with command line, but then so will reinstall the system, when the trivial problem that persists for a couple of minutes. - Rachel89 commented on October 10th 19 at 07:34
surprisingly, it worked! - karson86 commented on October 10th 19 at 07:37
surprisingly, that earned an x after installing video drivers? in Windsurfing a go and the driver first rolls - Edwin.Rolfson32 commented on October 10th 19 at 07:40
It is strange that worked. x1200 — old video card support proprietary drivers have long been abandoned. If not difficult, show the current log xorg'and. Interesting, but then I also have similar. - harry_Klocko71 commented on October 10th 19 at 07:43

at the time, when a similar problem, help steps:
/usr/share/applications, and run all .desktop files, erasing everything from start to [Desktop Entry]
if you do not help accomplish your goal, something will come up.
btw, ctrl+alt+f2, i.e., the output in the console works?
Ctrl+ alt+ f2 works, on account of the erasures do not probyval. It turns out each application you want to remove? - karson86 commented on October 10th 19 at 07:12
Yes, all of it .desktop. - Adalberto.Jaskols commented on October 10th 19 at 07:15
To clarify: you need the source code of each application to modify by deleting there record before the [Desktop Entry] or the apps themselves? To access cheats application comes out, they can only be open. - karson86 commented on October 10th 19 at 07:18
no, you need to go to folder /usr/share/applications and any text editor to edit all the files *.desktop(with the extension .desktop) as an example:
cd /usr/share/applications
sudo nano opera-browser.desktop
in this file, erase everything from the beginning to the inscription [Desktop Entry] - Adalberto.Jaskols commented on October 10th 19 at 07:21
if you run your example, file opens and it all starts with the inscription [Desktop Entry]. Ie seems to delete anything not necessary - karson86 commented on October 10th 19 at 07:24
run ls in that folder and view all files, if not, well we think, or someone tell me the solution in the night, for now, unfortunately, last call for my flight. But upon arrival, be sure to drop by and maybe even be able to help you. - Santos commented on October 10th 19 at 07:27
thank you. tomorrow will continue to seek a solution, sleep on it.
PS a good way! - Santos commented on October 10th 19 at 07:30
pasip for a wish, not decided, I see another problem here? - karson86 commented on October 10th 19 at 07:33
