Eclipse CDT + Compilation 64 bits

There is a need to collect C++ project for 64-bit version of Windows, there is limitation to use only free tools. For this reason, for realization, binding was selected EclipseCDT+MinGW. But as it turned out initially geared for Eclipse 32-bit official version of MinGW, and for the successful build of 64-bit applications need to work with a file. Adequate and detailed guidelines while on this subject could not find, therefore I will appreciate any tip or useful link how to make Eclipse 64x with the MinGW port.
And is it possible to bind to Eclipse compilator and linker from MS, as far as I know they can also be obtained for free by downloading a set WindowsSDK?

Thank you.
