Sites with AJAX and search Engines

And again the question about Ajax, please tell me:)

There is a site which is actively using Ajax. In fact the PS sees only the Cap and the Basement, everything else is generated Ajax.

If before the return page to check — whether the visitor in the browser JS(as I understand it if the site go down the SS, the script will show what JS he is not available).
To visitors to give Ajax version, for browsers with disabled JS(PS and including respectively) to give a pure HTML version of the same page(well, maybe just a lighter, with no graphics and with a less beautiful layout, but with the same content). What is the chance of running into banned from PS for cloacking or something in this spirit?
Plato anything intelligible about it did not answer:(

You are doing wrong website, if such questions you do have. Any Ajax (or any javascript) is the simplification for users for an existing website. All your custom controlle should be formed from workers InputB, form validation ajax have exactly the same validirostris without it, additional content should be loaded when clicking on the link, and so leading to this content.
I completely agree, but to change the approach to formation of the page is a little out of my jurisdiction:( - Gina50 commented on October 10th 19 at 15:13
