What OS is best to use for cluster creation

There is a question about selecting the OS to create a cluster using the ISPmanager Cluster.
If anyone had or have experience in this area will gladly listen and take into consideration.
Thank you.

definitely Linux — CentOS/RHEL(pay) or Debian. If you buy RHEL is not going to then I would choose Debian, it's kind of like portabilna tsentosa will.

Depending on the availability of experts. It is absolutely the dominant criterion.

If for some reason it's not a problem then the choice should be made between Frey and Linux, which in principle are equivalent and there is need to look what for to you this cluster will be needed.
Actually drove by two it CentOS and FreeBSD. But what to choose. - Kamren commented on October 14th 19 at 12:38
although I am an ardent fan of prachi, I would not advise to do on Frage. - Kamren commented on October 14th 19 at 12:41
why not prahu suggest? - icie.Willms commented on October 14th 19 at 12:44
Personally I would choose Debian. Well, or CentOS if the source package included in the options there. Simply because I know Linux much better than fry, and Debian is more comfortable for me. Heh. No difference in principle, especially for hosting. Apache here and there the same... the Performance at normal setting too. ipfw presny as for me it is more convenient than iptables, but it's a one-time setup procedure and it is not significant. Under fry constantly fooling with the hardware, but again, in the case of cluster it is not important. - vergie.Robel20 commented on October 14th 19 at 12:47
By the way, the last time with the iron (at least with the server) under Frey, I generally had no problems. So what about hassle a moot point. - emanuel.Hessel3 commented on October 14th 19 at 12:50
Praha good for stand-alone servers. for the VEB is wonderful, but the cluster I would it did not collect. - anastasia_McCullough67 commented on October 14th 19 at 12:53

I would choose CentOS. Because it is Free and RHEL have a lot to read.

And what kind of cluster? HA-LBC? Or just HA?
To be precise, so here it is:

CentOS/RHEL is the best option. Debian I would not have chosen it out of the box cluster management is not seen.
Praha — no.
