The speed of the drives is very small why?

Hello! Well, honestly what a nightmare I have going on, can't deal with the measurements, some tests show 300-400MB which is not above 30 on the SSD.
I have Installed ProxMox as the host on her new path. Test all of the host machines.
For example
sync; dd if=/dev/zero of=/mnt/sd0p1 bs=1M count=1024; sync
5a9ba8788f817906343594.jpeg
thus when creating a software RAID array of two disks, the sync speed was so.

md0 Is an array of two SSD drives
md0p1 partition is ext4 on a RAID device
And also tell me abut where those indicators atop what red highlighted.

Further
Connect storage in ProxMox
as the directory /mnt/md0p1
Add on it disk: 10g size, without cache, virtio .qcow2
The dev Windows, the driver all stand, initialize the disk and begin to copy to the disk database
That's what I see on the dev

but what on the host

sde Is the drive under a hypervisor, it is the system (debian / proxmox)

Again ran out of memory again all over the cached and the speed fell and the already damned.
What to do how to be what is this mess and how do you measure the speed without cache and also how to run Guargacho new path to Winde with adequate writing speed to disk (feykovoy speed on the disc when I pokazateli 500-1000Mb and everything is dumped to the cache and the real)
Info on disks only such ladies, smart is not working.

If you want performance then connect as Rav virtio disc and put the drivers in Windows
Just the same notice what's going on with this option.

here Rav disk - Chris_Treutel commented on June 7th 19 at 14:28
images no, but the same wind on the last Proxmox, which is quite degradation of speed do not see. - Eulalia22 commented on June 7th 19 at 14:31
Is there a way to find out why I have such a loss? - Chris_Treutel commented on June 7th 19 at 14:34
well at least in the initial tests copying gigabytes, it is about why you gig copy that ? why not a hundred gigs ?
sync speed of SSD you were lower than HDD, the new HDD I have 200 MB / sec. - Eulalia22 commented on June 7th 19 at 14:37
and what is smart is not working?
Why do you say that you have a soft-RAID , and the data give a crappy RAID controller, use software RAID, it's just super fast. - Eulalia22 commented on June 7th 19 at 14:40
here more
root@pve0:/mnt# sync; dd if=/dev/zero of=/mnt/md127p1/test bs=1M count=102400; sync
^C10628+0 records in
10628+0 records out
11144265728 bytes (11 GB, 10 GiB) copied, 115.174 s, 96.8 MB/s
tests have shown from the beginning of the 400 to 600 MB. how to end the memory write speed to disk md127p1 was 0
Drives attached to this RAID card Adaptec RAID 8405E any raids with his help was not created. this can be seen in the /opt/adaptec/arcconf laid out above. Created a soft-RAID screenshot was also shown above, along with the synchronization speed.
Here and are wondering where plugging why ssd drives operate at shitty hdd. Please help in figuring out bottlenecks, if possible. - Chris_Treutel commented on June 7th 19 at 14:43
Adaptec RAID 8405E Considered Galimov? it will not work? I think it is a bottleneck.
I don't know how to remove smart disk connected via this card in addition to these data here /opt/adaptec/arcconf - Chris_Treutel commented on June 7th 19 at 14:46
well , you do the test drive without the controller, what is the point in the controller if you have software RAID? To add another weak link? - Eulalia22 commented on June 7th 19 at 14:49
now there is no possibility to do this separately. tests. that's trying to learn are there any measurements to determine bottlenecks in software. that's where the train Galimov bridge bus? at what level is not poladki. - Chris_Treutel commented on June 7th 19 at 14:52
remove the controller and plug directly to the RAID you software all rises without problems - Eulalia22 commented on June 7th 19 at 14:55
HP DL 140 Built-in RAID on the drives above 300GB speed from 1 to 5 Mbps.
And that's what stood before Hyper-V on this Assembly, which is now ProxMox loss and brakes not seen at all. All worked full-time. Had to change because Hyper-V free the tree or because my knowledge of PowerShell 0-th and the I tree. - Chris_Treutel commented on June 7th 19 at 14:58
