How to share WiFi from my computer?

Hi all!

There is a 4G USB modem connected directly to my computer. The machine is working.
There is a WiFi router TP-LINK connected to my computer through the WAN port.

In properties of connection of USB modem - shared access to the Internet. But the router is not distributing Internet.
Prompt, pliz, what settings where to enter to router is distributed Internet from the USB modem.

Not all wifi cards allow you to share wifi. I have a few modern laptops and on some it is impossible to distribute.
For example:
1. IntelĀ® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 - it is impossible to distribute,
2. Broadcom 802.11 n - can

Why such a strange pattern? Take router support usb modem, 4g stick in it and distribute. What if You came up with and will run after 20 hours of dancing with a tambourine, will work somehow.
Any router 7000 rubles maximum. Divide by 20 hours. Get 350 rubles per hour is not profitable. Cheaper to buy and will work better even when the computer is turned off.

Support the previous commentator - the utter crutch. The question "WHY?!".
As well as the router model in the Studio (as I understand the problem is the lack of a usb port thereof, and desire to rummage around wifi).
