Why to fly to encoding in ajax request method jQuery load?

Make inquiries like:
$('#sketchContainer').load('../inc/calc-parts/sketch-straight.php #sketchStraight');

The loadable files indicated:
header("Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8");

But still the output is: prntscr.com/imbawe the site is also utf-8 encoding: prntscr.com/imbbc3 the rest of the content is normal, it is only loadable block. Tested in browsers: Chrome 64 , FF58, Opera51 everywhere the same. Has anyone encountered similar?

what gives curl -v http://вашсайт.../inc/calc-parts/sketch-straight.php

p.s. a little confused by the space after the php in the link, plus makes no sense and is not beautiful in the data links indicate anchor #, this is purely a html ui solution
It is applicable for the load method, so it will be loaded by html page and taken from her DOM element with a matching id - Gonzalo.Hane39 commented on June 7th 19 at 14:37
never even thought would be such a perversion of thought to use ;)

what about curl? - jaunita commented on June 7th 19 at 14:40
and what's up with that? I came to this "perversion" as you put it, on the assumption that the calculator is great. At the top several tabs, depending on the selected tab load your sketch with its own set of fields. - ewald commented on June 7th 19 at 14:43
it's just my emotional relationship to the solution itself, if it solves your problems - why not challenge the primary beauty of its implementation. - jaunita commented on June 7th 19 at 14:46
and how would you solve this problem? - ewald commented on June 7th 19 at 14:49
I have no idea, but if I needed the results of a piece of html in a few places - allocate it in a separate function/php file

To be honest, I do not like 'legacy' server side solution for generating html, wherever possible and appropriate try to make the interface on the client side in javascript

On the other hand, I have not been doing this can be very often required it server side solutions? - jaunita commented on June 7th 19 at 14:52
