Replace the IP in the query string?

Hello!

There is some client application that runs under Windows. It makes HTTP requests to the server, wherein the URL is IP, not domain name.
You must replace this IP. Extra soft (proxy?).
Important: the application does not provide connection through proxy so please explain how to force the app to go to another address.

Ie, you need to:
GET 1.2.3.4/example use GET 4.5.6.7/example.

Thank you!

Need a router with Linux on it squid in transparent mode in squid url_rewrite and setting up rules (usually through plug-ins) - there you can do anything.

In Vejle hosts to prescribe that where to redirect.
impossible. hosts is matching ip and domain name. The application accesses the server by IP and not by domain name. That's the problem. - travon.Koelp commented on June 7th 19 at 14:41
