Perhaps for these purposes there are separate plugins?

There are plugins for this, for example:
Accesspress Anonymous Post
TT Guest Post Submit
Tried to put Accesspress Anonymous Post , form, saw, but I do not understand where the data goes after our submission and how to bring them where I want. How do I get messages that I sabicu? - wilfrid commented on March 12th 20 at 08:03
@wilfrid,
saw a shape, but I do not understand where the data goes after sabmita

In admin area to confirm likely.
as to bring them where I want.

Confirm. And the output is in the required category. Or as you had planned?

By the way, I remembered that for the same purposes I used the Mage Front End Forms, the free version. Try it, it might fit. - Jo.McGly commented on March 12th 20 at 08:06

@Christine, I haven't used this plugin. I usually Recall enough WP or ACF forms... - lenora.Tromp98 commented on March 12th 20 at 08:08
@lenora.Tromp98, okay, it turns out the plugin WP I Recall using shotcode [public-form] can display the form, but after our submission, the form redirects me to the page with my message. How can I make it so that all posts from the form, got to a separate page? - wilfrid commented on March 12th 20 at 08:11
@wilfrid,
How can I make it so that all posts from the form, got to a separate page?

what do you mean a separate page?
When you publish posts via WP Recall they appear on the page of the user in the personal account. Or under the "separate page", do you mean a custom entry type? If you create a custom record type to use the form acf, when you publish they will separate from the posts. - lenora.Tromp98 commented on March 12th 20 at 08:14
@lenora.Tromp98, dealing with Accesspress Anonymous Post, thank you - wilfrid commented on March 12th 20 at 08:17

Will simplify the description to the required tasks.
1) Create html form with 2 text input. 1)post_title 2)post_content (for similarities with the example to send in POST)
2) Use the function wp_insert_post()
$post_data = array(
 'post_type' => 'post', //Your post type. Be SURE
 'post_title' => wp_strip_all_tags( $_POST['post_title'] ),
 'post_content' => $_POST['post_content'],
 'post_status' => 'publish',
 'post_author' => 1
);
wp_insert_post( $post_data );
