How to set auto-mount at boot for the 2nd openvpn on linux mint 18.1?

Good afternoon. The system has two connections to the VPN are in the opt folder (Details I will not explain)
On mint 17.3 Venki both worked fine and loaded fine at boot, but after switching to 18.3:
1) the VPN is working and loaded at system start only individually
2) VPN working together, if you add "connections" in the graphic shell and specify the keys (but you need every time at startup click on "connect"

Question:
How to make both the VPN is loaded at system startup
About the rc file.local Talk is not necessary. From there is only ONE VPN.
THANK you!!!

https://linuxmint.com/rel_sarah_cinnamon.php :
18 Linux Mint is based on Ubuntu 16.04.
Ubuntu 15.04 (using Systemd by default)
How do you do a rc.local works? Policy systemd is quite simple and easy nagulivajut, clean your hand of the user in the rc.* and configure human systemd, then what you have described here does not even smell problem
Thank you for the competent answer. But I still only learn the basics of working with *nix systems and I would like specifics. Thank you in advance - hassan commented on March 12th 20 at 08:04
@hassan, That the links are very short and quite clear what to do, only first read both articles fully, then do

but in General, it is better to learn systemd as it should - these two links will only last to navalacademy - kelsie_Cassin commented on March 12th 20 at 08:07
