What's the error when you use the wrapper class for the WCF?

Dear experts please suggest the following questions:
A class wrapper for results returned by WCF
Class code
public class ClassResultInfo
{
 [DataMember(Name = "Status")]
 public bool Status { get; set; }
 [DataMember(Name = "Typeresult")]
 public Type TypeResult{ get; set; }
 [DataMember(Name = "Result")]
 public object Result { get; set; }
 [DataMember(Name = "Error")]
 public string Error { get; set; }

 public ClassResultInfo()
{
}

 public ClassResultInfo(bool status, string error)
{
 Status = status;
 TypeResult = null;
 Result = null;
 Error = error;
}

 public ClassResultInfo(bool status, typeResult Type, object result)
{
 Status = status;
 TypeResult = typeResult;
 Result = Result;
 Error = string.Empty;
}

 public ClassResultInfo(bool status, string error, typeResult Type, object result )
{
 Status = status;
 TypeResult = typeResult;
 Result = Result;
 Error = error;
}
 }
Code the WCF interface
public interface IAisaServer
{
 [OperationContract(Name = "Monitoring")]
 ClassResultInfo MonitoringServiceList(User user, bool isActive);
 }

When trying to test using WcfTestClient.exe get the following picture
Screen

When you try to call the method using code the client during invocation of the method get the following error
System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException "the socket Connection was aborted. Perhaps this is caused by an error processing the message, the timeout on the remote host, or a problem with the selected network resource. Timeout local socket: "00:00:59.9659980"."

With all the method Test() works as expected.
As I understand it, C# cannot serialize class "wrapper"? Prompt where to dig.

Serialization is not guilty.
The body of the message is clear: WCF-client failed to connect to WCF server in 1 minute.

PS why do you screenshot painted over? There is just the most interesting information.
The text messages I read, the question is: is there a connection in the case of calling a standard methods Test() (returns a string) - liliane_Mosciski commented on March 12th 20 at 08:12
